Matilda has collaborated with leading brands including HP, Google, Cascale, and Worldly to embed sustainability into events through practical, measurable action. As an ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, she specialises in sustainability auditing, environmental management systems, carbon reporting, and impact measurement, helping organisations strengthen their environmental and social performance while working towards recognised standards and certifications, including ISO 14001, EcoSmart, and B Corp. Known for her engaging workshops and innovative strategies, Matilda empowers businesses to create events that deliver lasting positive impact.

Luella Base

Sustainability Consultant

With a BSc in Geography, a Carbon Literacy certification and an ISEP Foundation Certificate in Sustainability and Environmental Management, Luella brings a strong understanding of sustainability principles to the events industry. She helps clients measure environmental impact, develop sustainability strategies, and communicate meaningful progress through data-driven reporting.

With a First-Class degree in Environmental Sustainability Science, Holly combines academic expertise with a solutions-focused mindset to help clients deliver more sustainable events.
