The Solution
We worked in close partnership with Cascale to integrate sustainability across every layer of the event. Our role extended from early-stage strategic planning through to on-the-ground delivery, ensuring nothing was left to chance.
We advised on how to embed sustainability into all aspects of event design and delivery, from production decisions to partner engagement. We provided supplier guidance to align vendors with Cascale’s environmental objectives and worked with their team to create clear sustainability expectations for exhibitors and sponsors. We also supported the development of sustainability messaging for event communications and signage and identified key areas for impact measurement and reporting. We helped to create a values-driven, transparent experience for everyone involved.

The event welcomed over 400 attendees from around the world, representing some of the most influential voices in the fashion industry. Cascale achieved a 100% buyout of the expo area, a testament to the strength of their vision and the clarity of their sustainability messaging for partners and sponsors.
Stakeholder feedback was overwhelmingly positive. Attendees praised the event’s purpose-led design, professional execution and genuine commitment to sustainability, setting a benchmark for future industry gatherings. From supplier choices and content curation to attendee experience and post-event reporting, sustainability was a visible and tangible part of the event’s DNA.
It was a fully circular event, with 400 trees planted to offset carbon emissions—further demonstrating a holistic approach to impact. Ultimately, the event reinforced Cascale’s position as a leader in sustainable business practices, attracting aligned partners, strengthening industry credibility, and setting a new standard for what sustainable events can look like at scale.
